Chef Tim produces excellent beautiful food that residents of Country Club Towers II & III get to enjoy. He began his culinary background at the age of ten with his mother to help cook for his family. Since a young age, his culinary path has included attending culinary school, working in fine dining restaurants, hotels, and owned and operated a gourmet food truck/ catering company. Chef Tim has served in the US Army for 23 years as an Infantryman, instructor, and career counselor. When he is not cooking, Chef Tim enjoys camping, hiking, photography and food blogging.
